Estimating: To complete every project within budget, careful calculations and pricing are made for materials, equipment, man hours etc. We constantly compare the actual cost of the project with the estimated cost to monitor any and all discrepancies.

Contract Administration: All documents associated with the construction project will be processed and managed. This step of the process is done with great detail and is very important to keeping targets for cost and time quality.

Management of job site and Construction Operations: The details for logistical planning concerning the constructing site will be surveyed by the project manager to ensure that every phase moves forward efficiently.

Planning the Project: Activities will be organized to logically place order to trade sequencing that will allow progress from the ground breaking phase to completion.

Scheduling the Project: Implementing real time into the planning segment is an instrument used  to communicate the plans to all associated parties. We consider this function to be one of the most important  because it defines the time span for all trade parties. In addition, scheduling is monitored and adjusted aggressively throughout the construction project to meet or exceed deadline.

Monitoring Project Performance: This function is used throughout the construction project to control cost and time. Our staff carefully monitor, compare and measure the actual efforts with estimated inputs. Inputs and adjustments are done accordingly because we are dedicated to keeping projects on track for completion.

Project Quality Management: The quality standards that we have set in place are very important to us. We conduct various inspection tests as well as observations to ensure our client that  standard are met  and have been verified before the finish product is turned over.

Project Safety Management: It is our responsibility to create and maintain a safe construction site and it is not taken lightly. A proactive and rigorous approach to safety planning and management is what allow us to keep accidents at a minimum.
